REFUND REQUEST

I am truly disappointed at the service Mango Airline is serving currently , I had booked a flight to JHB from DBN for the 28-07-2021 and on the 27-07-2021 I got an sms to say that all flights from the 28-07-2021 have been cancelled and we should not go to the airport with no other arrangement in place for us as customers. I had to book another flight which costed me even more because it was short notice. I have sent an email requesting for a refund and made numerous calls but no luck and I need my money back. them being under rescue should not affect customers that paid and did get the service that they had paid for.
