REFUND OUTSTANDING FOR 2 MONTHS

Mango Airlines was meant to refund me for a flight which was delayed, however it has been 2 months and I still have not received my money. I have e-mailed the refunds/enquiries contact e-mail addresses multiple times and even called the call centre a few times. Empty promises that the money will be paid into my account every week or no response at all. Mango Airlines is literally holding me at ransom and I am sure that this goes against all the Refund SLAs that they have stipulated with customers.
