Refund of R1465 from Durban to Cape town

I was made to pay twice for the same flight. I've been trying to call mango before lockdown till today I have not been helped. The surprising thing is mango have no mercy, if you miss your flight just by 2 seconds they don't help you. I'd like my money that I work for back to me.. mango must stop using the lockdown as their escape boat.
