Refund of Flight fee via Mango flight due to Corona Virus [JHB to CT]

We have made a booking via Mango Flight on 21/01/20 from JHB to CT to visit my daughter @ University of CT. Depart 21 Mar 2020 & 24 Mar 2020 arrival [Invoice ***1 - an amt of R3882.00 was PAID] . Due to this Corona Virus, the University of CT has vacated all its students & Closed down and our accommodation facilities are closed [Refund received]. What are the procedures of receiving our refund from Mango Flight? Your assistance would be of highly appreciated although we get NO RESPOND via e-mail nor telephone calls
