Refund of Flight due to Corona Virus

Refund of Flight fees due to Corona Virus - We have been chasing after Mango Flight in regards to out Flight fees being refunded which was paid a month [February'20] ago to travel to UCT [ CT] and due to this virus everything have been closed.
