Refund issues

<p> </p> <p>In 2016 I had booked a return flight to durban and on the morning of the flight I called in to cancel the flight , I was told some story by the call center that the money would be refunded back to me with in 6 weeks , its been 12 months and no money of mine has been refunded. I have lost trust in this brand completely.</p>
