Refund from mango airlines

On the 15/03/2020 I booked a flight on line and I paid with my card. When I got at the airport in king shaka Durban I was told the money was not reflecting. I had to pay for another ticket and I was given a no to call for refund. Everytime I call the I never get through. I've wasted more than R200 trying to call Mango. Finally i got through to the guy name Sicelo and he told me the IT department will investigate until today I still have not recieved my money or any feedback.
