Refund Declined - heartless and bully service

I've booked a trip to DBN with my kids for April which of course could not take place due to the pandemic, I've requested flight centre from Wonderpark to refund me since I'm unable to afford the flights anymore since the prices have gone ridiculous. To my shock Floyd informed me that Mango airlines is only prepared to give me vouchers for a period of 12 months but what they are not understanding is that like most people I will no be able to afford this trip anymore, I've lost my job and I've lost my dad during this time. Only if there is someone who would understand that R8 500 would go a long way for me as this trip will no longer be necessary. I find this to be cruel and uncalled for as I did not foresee all of this and I'm not prepared to loose such a huge amount.
