Refund, Change booking, Call center

I have a booking,flight from CPT to DBN on the 5th of April. since lockdown I want to cancel there's no answer from their call centre, no notification from Mango Arlines as to what is the way forward ,Why show I change dates to when exactly, and that functionality is not working on their website .Why should I pay for services I am never going to receive , ISSUE VOUCHERS at least don't just take my money, Total *******, worst experience ever.
