Rebooking fee is too expensive

<p> I am distressed that the rebooking fee charged by this airline is almost 50% of the cost of the ticket purchased in the first place. I can't possibly imagine how in the age of technology that we live in anyone can justify a rebooking fee as outrageous as this when it can all be transactioned over the Internet connection with absolutely no human involvement. </p> <p> </p> <p> As it turns out, it is cheaper for me to book a new ticket on SAA than to change a reservation on mango.</p> <p> </p> <p>At least I get a free meal on South African airlines and save a few pennies. Mango, I am afraid you are not a very good low-cost airline. I am sorry that you have resorted to ******ionary measures to the public in soliciting money through ridiculous rebooking fees to fund your bottom line. </p>
