R1 000 000.00 meeting missed due to Mango negligence.

<p>So I have a once in a 4 year opportunity in Cape Town, and I miss the flight because Mango sent out 1 reference number to two people and could not check me in due to this. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been working on the invite for this business meeting for more than a year now and need to call my client to tell them sorry I missed my flight can we reshcedule? </p> <p> </p> <p>This is sooooo not acceptable, as Mango have now not inconvenienced me, with depriving me of my sleep, but cost me money too. </p> <p>Mango coused me embarrassment as I feel my word is my Honour. </p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore I now need to pay in +-R500 for their mistake to get me to Cape Town on the next flight to see if I can maybe twist my clients arm to see me. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
