****PY SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MANGO SO UNPROFESSIONAL

****pyservice I am receiving from the mango people I cannot self-service and they say because they can access my booking I need to do it with them where they will change me additional R200 for a name change.ERROR RECEIVED "Amounts dont match, we apologize but please restart the change booking process. Pricing:744.94 Payment:270.00" and they say they can't fix this and I need to change the booking with them. This looks like some money making scheme locking their self service options so we can do it on the phone. I have been with this guys literally since morning and no assistance till now
