Poor Service & Unprofessional

<p>I booked a flight yesterday for my wife Natalie. She was checked in at the counter for flight JE715.</p> <p>At the boarding gates she was offloaded because her identity document was still on her ****en surname.</p> <p>She broke down into tears, with obvious reasons as she was allowed to check in, and now turned away at the boarding gates.</p> <p>I had to make a round trip of 120km to and back to the airport to collect my wife, travelling expenses mango did not consider, or care to consider.</p> <p>Your error cannot cost me my hard earned money. Who books a flight just to be offloaded, does that make sense?</p> <p>Why would this happen if she was booked or checked in and received a ticket?<br />Any discretion would have requested some more proof in example the booking on email.</p> <p>She produced her debit and credit cards to the boarding patroller, any normal thinking person would have used initiative.</p> <p>We flew with your airline from Cape Town with the same identification, Flight JE174, 22 December 2016, and was not stopped at either the check point or boarding point, otherwise we would have made arrangements to provide said proof.</p> <p>I therefore humbly request for the reimbur*****t of my hard earned cash.</p>
