Poor Service Mango Airlines

Mango airlines, your service over the last week has been shoddy to say the least. Your lack of preventative measures or pro actively managing your fleet or services rendered, leaves lot to be desired. your delay in flights cost me a lot more money than I needed to spend, and loss of valuable time. the inconvenience caused me to arrive at my destination after midnight, early Saturday morning at my destination. other than your delayed sms notifications for flights, there is not another word from you. Very poor and appalling service, thank God we have Flysafair. They have been very punctual and never experienced a delay. I know who I will be flying with for the rest of this year.
