Poor Service from Mango Airlines when their systems are down!!!!

Appalling customer service from Mango Airline, due a a fault on their side!! There is system failure for the past 12 hrs, I missed a flight which a couldn’t change, having tried 4 times telephonically. No luck on the website as-well as the confirmation email did not come through??? The ticket office also could not assist, the result being having to purchase a ticket from Kulula at double the cost, and there is still no answer from client services. As a my preferred choice in the past, things have defiantly changes due to poor service!!!!!
