Poor Service - Damaged Baggage
On the 02nd March 2015 I took flight JE322 @ 06:25 from Cape Town to Durban and I checked in my overnight suitcase as I was informed that I cannot take my overnight bag and my laptop bag on board. When I collected my bag in KZN it was torn in front and I reported the damage to Victor at the baggage service desk and he confrmed my reference number as D11385. I returned to CPT on the 03rd March 2015 via British Airways and I handed in my suitcase at the baggage service desk. I have been trying to make contact telephonically ( Call Centre) and via email [Email Removed] and have received no assistance. The only light was a gentleman named Johan at the Baggage services desk in CPT who has been trying to assist me. I went today to collect the bag that was 'fixed' but it was poor workmanship that was confirmed by the staff and they reported that they would send the bag back to be repaired again as i will not get a refund / replacement which is unacceptable. I am unhappy as I have to entrust the airline with my life on a monthly basis as I travel for work purposes via the airline and yet i cannot trust you with my luggage.
