Poor service

Got a hour before the time at the airport. Where I booked my ticket they didn’t inform me that I must be 2 hours before the time nor did they give me the paperwork to state the mentioned. The staff member didn’t bother to assist me at the airport, when I asked if I can than book another flight, he blatantly refuse to assist me. It left me stranded, I end up borrowing money to book another flight with SAFair which were very helpful and assist me a hour before the departure. I request my money back pls
