Poor Service

I booked my mom a flight for 21:50 , of which we had 3 delays!!!!! Each by an hour! Mango we pay for a service, we pay for a specific time. why are your airlines constantly experiencing delays? You should actually reimburse us rightfully for the inconvenience! As i type this message its 00:29 and my mother has still not departed from Dbn to jhb! POOR SERVICE MANGO!!
