Poor Service

We were booked on flight JE712 from Cape Town to Lanseria on sunday 21 April 2019 our departure time was originally 14.30 it was delayed to 16.19 . The cabin crew was not at all friendly also . The notification boards at Lanseria at one stage even said landing time 21-00 . We received a sms from Mango apologising for the delay and they offered a voucher with a telephone number hoever no one is picking up this phone . I understand that Mango flights were also delayed on 18th as well as 22 April .
