Poor service

Was booked on flight from OTambo to Port Elizabeth Flight delayed due to techinucal error Flight was ri leave 1620 now 18h50 still stuck inside the aircraft Only supp**** complimentary water to adult after about on hour in the plane Mando should have allowed us to leave the plane until part fixed. Complimentary return air ticket would be more appropriate
