Poor Mango reliability

Once again we are stuck at Cape Town International with a Mango flight delayed by 1and a half hour. Thus seems to be a regular occurrence from Cape Town. What is wrong? Too few peiple for ine flight then it gets"delayed" to be filled with the next flight. Sounds like taxi operations. This is unacceptable. Or are they going the same roite as S A A.
