poor management

my bag is stuck at the airport when i called on saturday victor told me they close at 10 pm i arrived at 7:30pm and everything was closed i called on sunday and they denied giving me that info i then spoke to the manager who also made me a **** instead of soloving the problem he said victor is working long and he would never say that, how does he know what victor will say or not???
