Poor customer service

Pathetic services from the refund department. Spoke to momo who does not have not a clue about reversals and is working in the department. Cause of lack of her knowledge my money got deposited into there account and i have to wait for 10days an my account goes into a minus. I have to pay a fee to get what's mines back.
