Poor customer service

I flew from Durban to OR Tambo on the 21/05/2015. I had an early flight, Departure time 06:30. This meant I had to leave home really early. A few minutes into the flight and we hear an announcement stating that the hostess will be coming around could we please ensure we have the correct cash as they may not have change.
