Poor Communication and feedback
I have been trying to get them to respond to my request due to Covid results being positive I have not got any response since 18 December 2020. The request was what happens now that I had to cancel or postpone my tickets due to positive results for my wife? I even wrote to Nic Vlot the CEO and still no response.
