Pilots and the crew is absolute HORRID - cannot provide us any information of time estimations when PROBLEM OCCURRED in flight

WORST AIRLINE - absolutely appalling. the flight crew including the pilots has no idea of time - A problem with a valve occurred mid-flight and we performed emergency landing at JHB. During this time the pilot and all crew INSURED us that the valve will be repaired within 20 minutes and we will depart for our destination soon. AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING we still have not yet departed. THE CREW IS CLUELESS and has no idea of what time is.. This is unprofessional, inconsiderate and a blatant disregard for the needs of the consumers. If this Flight (JE408) is anything to go by, the review will fall on deaf ears.
