Paying triple for a flight with no one answering to help

<p>i booked a flight and then saw on my bank statements that the amoun t was debited three times from my bank account. Then the nigjthmare started to engage with Mango to get this resolved. I phoned Mango refunds ********** yesterday. After listening to "thank you for your patience, your call will be answered for more than 30 minutes. I hanged up. I then e-mailed ********** threatening that I will escalate to HelloPeter if I do not get a response by 16h00 yesterday. This morning - still no response. I then tried to go the extra mile - phoned refunds again. Same story. No one on the other side. Mango - you are fired. Kukula here I come. O yes, and I will not stop bothering you untill you pay me my money back. This time not through your channels, because it does not work</p>
