Pay Back The Money!

<p>On 12 May 2016, I canceled a return flight from CPT to JNB - the value of the flights were R1193; the medical note from a doctor was attached to the e-mail that Ingrid Bennett requested so that I could get a voucher. However, when I phoned this morning to find out the voucher they first issued a voucher that was not attached to the e-mail they gave a voucher to the value to R170, I asked them where the rest of the money is and eventually after waiting for 30 mins the reply was "Ingrid will call you back ." It is now late afternoon and I still haven't recieved a call.<br />This incompetence is highly aggrevating and bothersome.</p>
