Pathetic, wont fly them again

I did a flight refund due to the fact that Mango changed my flight twice to later and I had a meeting in Cape Town. On the 31st of March I was told that I will receive my refund in 7 days. I called as this did not happen and was told that by the 20th I would receive my refund. Today being the 23rd I called again to find out about refund and was told that it will now be on the 8th of May. This is PATHETIC. I did a calculation and between myself, partner and staff we have flown Mango 17 times this year alone, but will never again use Mango, I would rather pay more on tickets and get proper service.<br> <br> MANGO IS A JOKE
