Pathetic service with unprofessional staff

<p>I have seen the facebook page for fly mango and having seen flights for R474.11 from durban to Johannesburg.I tried booking online from Thursday and it won't allow me to do so.I called the office today and spoke to Cynthia and she tells me this offer was from Black Friday.why would you leave an offer if there is no availability.this is pathetic service from mango.I was about to book on safair but tried to book this from yesterday morning and now the safair flight is all booked.What would you.expect me to do on this case.I need a response from a higher authority at mango airlines.I need a booking for the 15 December 2016 at 19.25 flight number is JE288 or alernatively 16 December 2016 at 6.15 flight number JE 242. it will be for 2 adults.I want mango to put me on either one of this flights.</p> <p> </p> <p>I await a response</p> <p> </p> <p>Nusreen</p> <p> ********** 786</p>
