Pathetic Service from Mango Airlines...

Baggage services and aftercare support is absolutely useless. I was on a flight from CPT to JNB when my bag was tampered with almost 2 weeks later and i still have not heard from Mango. After trying to call them number of times to check what is the status of my issue. I cant even get hold of the baggage supervisor.

After trying to get hold of Mango Airlines head office is even worse, ( lucky not using a prepaid phone)
