Pathetic service from Mango

<p>I booked a flight and payed using the online service, on the day of the flight i was told that the booking is invalid because i did not pay, being desperate i then made another booking using credict card this time and we agreed with Mango that i will provide proof of payment of which i did then they will refund me for the first booking.</p> <p>I was then told that the refund has been approved and i was given a reference number, morre than 10 days later i still havent received my refunds.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
