PATHETIC SERVICE AND NO ANSWER IN CALL CENTRES

Literally 0 stars if that were an option! Mango service is atrocious! I made a booking this morning, payment was deducted but still no booking confirmation. I tried over 4 hours phoning the call centre - longest waiting period was 58 mins on one call! I e-mailed and their response is a 48 hour turnaround time - I DO NOT HAVE 48 HOURS !!!Shocking! Will they even answer the comments on this platform!
