Pathetic service

We were 2 couples that had to depart from OR Tambo Airport on 17 November 2020. We had our Covid tests done, as per regulations. 16 November 2020 we received notification that our flight had been cancelled. We paid R3400 for our Covid test. I've mailed the Airlines every day since then and thus far have had no response.
