Pathetic service

My review is on the absolute pathetic service from airlines specifically Flymango regarding the travel with children to another province. FLYMANGO has their forms stipulated on the website and then their team leader from 29 July 2020 at Cape Town International Airport could not assist me properly with the correct information. This woman insisted on saying that the Form 3 when traveling with a child needs to be signed by a Magistrate court and yet the forms can be completed by thr local police station as well. Should you have the correct documents and reason.

It is absolutely absurd that no one knows what is happening under these lockdown regulations and the attitude on top of this that this Team Leader of Mango airlines had , one cannot even be assisted properly !i absolutely unacceptable that one should be treated in this manner on your own child and it is not for the safety of children, it is merely to be a thorn on one's side.

Measures should be implemented correctly and this nonsense should be done correctly and everyone should know the processes because people are being sent from pillar to post , from local police stations to magistrate courts and this is all unnecessary. I have to pay for changes to flights and my husbanď had to fly from Jhb for ut to fly together which was not even neccessary.
