Pathetic product and service

<p>Good Morning , Trust you well. I had a terrible experience with your airline. I booked a flight JE267 on Thursday nite from ORTambo to Durban. Your guys sent me a message on Wednesday nite stating that the flight has been changed to 20:45. I then arranged for my departure to the airport at that time, then on Thursday morning your guys then sent another message saying it changed to 19:40. At this stage i am very frustrated as i had to re arrange my travel arrangements. I then get to the airport and your guys are delayed again. This is the most pathetic service i received from any airline. If we are late the airline just leaves us , when your guys mess up you'll don't even compensate us. I actually want to be compensated as your guys wasted my time and money in regards getting to the airport of time delays. Most pathetic service, you'll have a dam care attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
