PATHETIC GUEST SERVICE

I have been standing in a queue waiting to pay for extra baggage for over 25 minutes. There are 2 people at the counter and 3 others modelling up and down as well as a queue of 7 people behind me. The attitude or staff is flippant and they stand and look at the queue instead of doing their damn jobs. This is such a sickening attitude. Thanks. I am now close to missing my flight whereas I was adequately early
