Pathetic Customer Service

We had lost our flight reference so we could not check in online. We called the customer care line for hours without success. We then decided to drive to CPT international in attempt to retrieve our reference. Considering we could not get a hold of of customer care it was no surprise that the staff at cpt international are just as unhelpful. The staff would rather have their own conversations about lost luggage and outright tell you they can not assist you aftrr we stood in line for 20 minutes. We then got passed on to another lady who didnt even seem to want to assist. She took down the reference number and then took a call and we had to wait until she was done to give it to us.
