Pathetic bunch of rogues.

Have sent messages to mango for months now about the luggage their staff member stole of mine. They acknowledged that they will investigate and get back to me. However after many months of wasting my time, phone calls and money, I put the complaint on Hellopeter. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT me. So this means to me that they know very well what their staff is doing and they approve of such *******. How can a legitimate company allow my bag to be ****** and then doesn't contact me to replace it? This means that Mango encourages theft from their loyal clients. They have a bunch of nincom****s working for them. They employ ex prisoners I suppose so that they can justify this kind of theft. Or they employ intellectually handicapped people who are just for show. Image is not important to them. They couldn't care less about their reputation because they are arrogant. *****, *****, *****. Help yourselves to everything that belongs to others. Who cares. *******ion and theft is so common that Mango take it for granted that their staff will ***** and get away with it, enriching themselves. I wish you had someone living as a CEO. All your staff are deadbrainers!!! I'm so angry!!
