PATHETIC

To whom it may concern

JE265 Flight was due to leave at 18:20 on 26/07/2019 it is currently 18:33 and I've just been told that the flight is delayed by a whole 1hour and 44minutes.

Who will compensate for the delayed flight, the car that I've hired and the hotel that I've reserved ?

I've been sent from one boarding gate to the next and none of the employees could give us any clarity on which gate we should depart at.

Furthermore, with shock one of the members then told us that the flight already left ...I mean REALLY!

If we were late you guys would have deducted the full fee!!!SO I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR !!!

THE DAMN TRIP DID NOT COME CHEAP!!!
