Pathetic

We arrive on time as instructed by the airline rules just to be told that the flight is delayed by 1 hour 50 minutes. No explanation..no apology..no compensation..nothing. Well done Mango..showing all the International guests on the flight how good South Africa's low cost airline is. But what can we say or do..Welcome to Africa.
