Passenger assault on mango airlines

A WARNING to MANGO and GLOBAL AIRWAYS PASSENGERS!!!!!!! As a 68yr old woman who has suffered from a stroke on the right side of my body, on 27/12/2018, on Mango Airways flight JE 148, operated by Global Airways (ZS GAL) on behalf of Mango, in full view of passengers and during takeoff of the aircraft, I was VERBALLY ABUSED and BODILY ASSAULTED on board Global Airways aircraft. I was sworn at and then hit twice aggressively across my head by an Male passenger that was seated in front of me who refused after being told by an air hostess and a steward and also requested by myself, for safety reasons, to please put the back of his seat up in the "takeoff" position whilst the aircraft was taking off. In my humble opinion, I feel the Cabin Crew failed to ensure that the cabin was secured for takeoff by not making sure this man's seat was in the right position which resulted in me being put into this unsafe situation. Although the police were called on landing to remove the passenger and the cabin crew moved me to a jump seat for a 2hr flight, what bad airmanship the Captain of Global Airways ZS GAL displayed. At no time after we landed and the aircraft was safe and in the parking bay, did the Captain bother to come out of the ****pit to speak to me. Although I had laid a charge against this man, Mango will not give me his name or contact details. All Mango says is that they don't condone what happened and in a phone call, they said they can't be responsible for someone behaviour on aircraft.........does this mean that this man can book other flights with Mango and assault other woman on a Mango or Global Airways aircraft....... it's a disgrace that our nation Airline has taken ABSOLUTELY NO action against this aggressive man. This is a shorten version of what took place. I also have copies of passengers statements as well as a picture of this man which I would love to post on Facebook so other people can be warned.
