Over 2 months , still waiting for refund. MANGO AIRLINES

Booked a flight on 15 Nov 2018. Paid via Masterpass. Money was deducted. Advised masterpass isn’t working, and to do direct payment. Which I did. Till today 28 January 2019, waiting for my refund that went off on masterpass. After Numerous calls, emails..nothing. @FlyMangoSA
