Onboard luggage goes missing

My overnight bag was in the overhead compartments on my way from Cape Town to Joburg. On arrival at Joburg I couldn’t find my bag. I went to the airhostess at the back of the plane and she told me that another passenger had given in a black bag and she subsequently gave it to the head airhostess who gave it to Cape Town airport staff at the airplane door. No record of the bag was taken or where it would go to. Mango baggage staff tried to track it without any success at Joburg. I have called the call center since last night and no one has been able to come back to me with regards to my bag that was removed from the plane in Cape Town. The content of my overnight bad had my clothing for my very important meetings which I had to replace at Woolworths at OR Tambo (Jozi). It is now 24 hours later and no one from Mango and tell me the procedure of where the bag might be or what the procedure is for removing a bag from inflight. I have never experienced such bag customer service from anyone. There is no compassion for my loss and no one has taken the ownership to come back to me.
