Not worry about the customers problms

I had very very bad experience with mango air line I never ever use this air line again I book my flight from cape town to dbn my flight time was 5:30 but I reach at the boarding place at 5:03 they said I'm late so I can use next flight which is 7:30 And I pay fine 427.00 I paid that money my next flight check in time is 7:05 but we was waiting in the waiting room untill 7:15 this time airline was late but they only apologies to the passengers this is bull **** when passengers are late they pay the fine but when airline late they apologies
