Nonsense service n unhelpful call center agent

Can somebody give some feedback on bookings made yesterday...this is starting to be nonsense...or reverse funds so I can book on another airline if u have issues... Not answering your phones is not helping the freaken situation.... honestly a simple SMS...or email... should not be that hard... I've done my part, book and pay...all I'm asking for is booking confirmation and correct reference number so I can check in...
