Don't have telephone lines if you don't answer them or have the staff to answer them. I've tried calling five times, each time holding on for more than 20 minutes, only to listen to the pathetic, stupid, feeble excuse of being busy. Probably being busy twiddling thumbs, because you don't know how to work, like in helping customers with their complaints.
