No way of communicating with Mango Airlines

While booking a flight my money came off my account immediately but then I never received an email with a reference number. I have tried emailing numerous times to confirm whether my flight is actually booked, I have also tried calling but wait for half an hour without anyone helping me. I am desperate to know if I need to book flights again - it has been almost 2 weeks since I booked my flight.
