No ticket issues for payment received.

On 01 June I made a booking for a flight on Mango Airlines using their on-line service.<br> <br> I the payment went through and I was issued a proof of payment by my bank but mango has not given me a ticket for my purchase.<br> <br> Above this their call centre is not rep**** to my calls or email.
