no service on weekends/ ripped bag and goods ******

my bag was tampered with, opened and goods removed and ripped on a domestic flight. i am travelling overseas on monday with this bag and i need it repaired/replaced but Mango only work 9-5 on weekdays! there is no one who can advise or assist on a weekend! this complete lack of service stinks i need help!
